Sunroom Escape: Concept III
The Ask: CRE Group has been asked to create a multi-level outdoor entertainment space. The deck has been transformed into a sizeable four-season room with large windows overlooking the backyard. Walk out the door of the new room onto the wrap-around deck complete with a sunken hot tub and seating area. Step down again onto the elongated paver stone steps leading from the driveway to the lower patio. Although not part of this scope, the design includes a large pool to illustrate the potential future end state. Off the patio's corner is a fire pit with an Adirondack chair surround. Beneath the upper deck and four-season room is an enclosed room providing storage and access to the hot tub service panels. Additional areas for cooking can be also added in the future.
The job has been designed to be completed all at once or in phases to allow for scheduling and budgetary flexibility.

The Ask: CRE Group has been asked to create a multi-level outdoor entertainment space. The deck has been transformed into a sizeable four-season room with large windows overlooking the backyard. Walk out the door of the new room onto the wrap-around upper deck viewing area. Steps down from this level bring you to the next level featuring a sunken hot tub and seating area. Step down again onto the elongated paver stone steps leading from the driveway to the lower patio. Although not part of this scope, the design includes a large pool to illustrate the potential future end state. Off the patio's corner is a fire pit with an Adirondack chair surround.
